Meet

I remember myself as a child, when we were role playing and most of the time I was pretending to be a businesswoman, carrying an old business case of my dad.

That self-image has defined a lot of my decisions and choices during my adulthood and has led me to pursue a high-flyer career within the corporate world.

I was lucky to work for and with corporate giants from a young age, to sit on the boardroom tables with business executives, meet very talented professionals across the world, and advise hundreds of businesses and business leaders.

I was even luckier to do a job that I love.

I worked hard, sometimes ignoring my limits, spending more and more hours on my job to achieve my professional aspirations and targets.

During this time, I struggled to manage my health condition, in silence. In my mid 20s, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia; a condition that causes widespread pain, sleep problems, fatigue, and often emotional and mental distress.

I wasn't comfortable with disclosing anything about it, because I was afraid that it would negatively affect my career progression; one that I had worked very hard to achieve, also having to deal with all the challenges I went through as a woman in a traditional society and a less ‘privileged’ one within the corporate world.

Eventually, that mindset and way of living had led me to a state where I was not feeling joy even for the things that I used to love; and I wasn’t feeling fulfilled, even if I achieved a successful career.

I ended up living with overwhelming back-to-back fibro flare-ups and totally disconnected from my physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

But there is always a turning point,

just around the corner...

From that time, I started learning how to mix things up, working to align my corporate mindset with my spiritual mind and trying to retain my professional success, but at the same time find my personal fulfilment, happiness, and wellbeing.

And the more successful I was in doing that, the more growth and potential I created for myself.

A potential that
I’d never imagined before…

How yoga has influenced me…

Yoga has been an integral part of my life and philosophy. I started my journey back in 2011 in an effort to manage my flare-up of fibromyalgia.

I met my teachers, Sylvi, Christos and afterwards David, who are still my loving teachers today and who have helped me grow in balance and harmony… and eventually find happiness and fulfilment in life.

Since then, I’ve been in a continuous, exciting exploration…
I’ve travelled on a solo-vacation to Bali to immerse myself in a yoga retreat and enjoy the Balinese culture;
I’ve got my training certification on the science of yoga, to learn more about the connection of body/mind and eventually transfer the knowledge and experience of my self-development path to those that I work with.

The yoga teachings and philosophy have led me to a conscious living at all levels; as a person, a leader, a partner, a friend, and a mother.

They’ve been my inspiration to transform my leadership and professional approach into a more compassionate and caring one; an approach that acts with mind and heart in alignment.

These are what inspire me today to work with executives and organisations to help them create a positive change for themselves, their teams and their organisations.

I have a mission...

Together, we can change the world of work into a more human, inclusive, compassionate, enjoyable, and caring place for people.

My work is dedicated to helping organisations become a place where people and businesses thrive at the same time, where professional goals and personal needs are all fulfilled and where happiness, wellbeing and business success can all co-exist.

When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy my time with my lovely daughter, reading, gardening and practicing yoga.

I also place my energy in making a greater impact to the advancement of HR practices and promoting research and insights in the field, as a Board Member of the European Association of People Management (EAPM).
